I have given a complaint to BlueStar customer service on 29th May 2021. My Ticket no is B21052901234. Initially I was told this will be attended by 6th June. I called
Their local service dealer Sunrise Cooling Solutions. The Manager has assured me that he has ordered for a spare and will service my water purifier within 2-3 days. Today
14th July 2021 I am still waiting for Service. Their Local Service executive Mr.Pradeep has called me. I have enquired with him on why there is such a huge delay in
service. He blamed Corona and the arrival of spares. I did not believe him and asked him when the spare was ordered and when it was delivered.I suspect the spare was delivered
many weeks ago. But the lethargy of your service dealer has caused delay in servicing.
