We have paid AMC of water purifier in advance. But there is no service since 6months. It was in contract of AMC, that they will service and change the filter candle,and any other defect, till the AmC period. But they didn’t. And now when the water purifier is totally shut down also there is no response. We are complaining from last three weeks. We are paying for water and getting from out side, as there is no alternate. Our AMC money is wasted and now paying for drinking water extra. Present complaint number is CM 140923-17026989. It’s such a harresment for us , from morning till night.
