I had ordered water purifier Ruby Economical RO from Amazon on 27 November 2020. Order id is 405-9418525-0008345. There is one year warranty on this product … but before one year it stop working. I complained to Amazon as well as Ruby customer care ..from last 6-7 month they are saying they are seeing that issue and lastly says now it is not in warranty period. I had complained them before the warranty period regarding product.
