I purchased my refrigerator in Sep 2022 only and within 6 months it has started giving problems related to water leakage.
I placed a complaint on 14th June and a technician visited on 16th June to attend the complaint but unfortunately it has again started giving problem related to water leakage
Then I made call at customer care and they assigned another technician namely Mr. Ravi. He gave very wage reason of water leakage that it is happening due to moisture in refrigerator.
I have never seen such type of excuse in my life that due to moisture the water gets accumulated
In such a huge volume that it start coming out of the refrigerator from door to the floor.
There is some problem with this unit. I request you I am not satisfied with this product. I need replacement of the product or refund to be issued immediately as it’s a brand new unit i.e only 7 months old.
