Hi Sir/Madam,

I bought the water heater from Globe enterprise, from Amazon it was throwing electric shock which is risky for family, product is under warranty but dealer refuses to repair or replace due to hard water, as this was not mentioned while buying the product from Amazon, could you please help me out with this issue, hope action will be taken asap.
