Hello Sir/Madam,
I have booked sleeper class bus ticket from Bangalore to Hanamkonda/Warangal with morning star travels on 9th Nov 2023. After boarding into the bus some time later I have realized water drops falling on my head. Initially I thought it is raining outside and opened the curtain to see but there was no rain outside then I see the water drops falling from AC Knob which is exactly on my head. I have reported the same to driver and he said casually that the water drops fall sometimes and it is common in that seat. I asked the cleaner (another guy with the driver) and he said there is a pipe leakage looks like maintenance folks did not fix the problem. So I asked him to give me another seat, they said the bus is full. By this time, we have already crossed Bangalore city and I had no other option to adjust in the same seat. I had no sleep in that seat with falling water drops from AC Knob. Next day morning (about to reach my destination) I have realized the water drops were falling from the other AC Knob as well and my the luggage was wet by the time I get down. The driver and cleaner knew about the seat situation but they did not care.
