I purchased a Titan NH1296BM02 edge watch on Fri 13th oct and they delivered the product on Sat 20th oct then i opened the box One used old watch is inside the box the price of the watch is Rs.2800 then i change the status on flipkart to refund on sat 20th oct on that day onwards i tried so many times to register the complaint regarding the wrong product delivered till now they said seller is rejecting the request. I don’t know why seller is rejecting the request because both of them are robbery partnerships. I want my money back . i don’t want this product anymore. Kindly register the complaint against Flipkart.
