I ordered 4 linen shirts but i got one used and defective pant and a courier company name ship rocket charged 1199 rs for the same I want my money back.

I ordered 4 T-shirts but i got 3 used and defective, dirty shirts and a courier company name SHIP ROCKET charged 1199 rs for the same.
There is a possibility that the courier company should be included in this.
I request to get my money back and to file a case against such fraudulent company and take strict action.
I ordered 4 Shirts but I got 3 used and defective cheaper than a 50 rs street selling shirt, dirty shirts and a courier company name SHIP ROCKET charged 1199 rs for the same and the another site named “vintagor.in” is promoting this offer in the fakebook.
There is a possibility that the courier company should be included in this.
I request to get my money back and to file a case against such fraudulent company and take strict action.
