I bought watbo water bottle after getting influenced by facebook ad. The company clearly mentioned that the pre booking price of the bottle was Rs 1799 only. They promised product will get delivered by 25th of December. But when it was not delivered till January then I checked the status in their website and found that I need to pay more 5202 rs for completion of that order. I paid Rs 5202 also and they mentioned the product is shipped and will be delivered by FEB 28. The current status is showing the product to be at mumbai customs, but till now I have not received the product and mails are not getting delivered to the customer care email id (support@watbo.in).
