I bought watbo water bottle after getting influenced by facebook ad. The company clearly mentioned that the pre booking price of the bottle was Rs 899 only. They promised product will get delivered by 25th of December. But when it was not delivered till january then I checked the status in their website and found that I need to pay more 3101 rs for completion of that order. I paid Rs 3101 also and they mentioned the product is shipped and will be delivered by FEB 28, but till now I have not received the product and Mails are not getting delivered to the customer care email id (support@watbo.in).

haha same situation and we just paid 899+899 and my friend lost 899 and another friend 899,
3600 total for 4 people we lost
i have also spend 899 but they send me mail in reply that you hed canceled your order…
they all are liar…..

I did not make any further payment and tried to contact the customer care – but the email either bounced or was unanswered and Mails are not getting delivered to the customer care email id (support@watbo.in).
Same case with me i also paid 899 initially was waiting for product delivery.
but later found that i need to pay more to get order thn i emailed them to refund my amount
but no reply
Than i decided to take risk and tried to make rest payment but fortunately payment failed 2 times
i didnt get refund or any email from them regarding this situation.
