Ordered product on Product (office chair) on Amazon with Prime membership on 31Jan2021 and it was expected to deliver by 8th Feb 2021. But on 6th Feb 2021 morning 9:20 AM, Amazon delivery agent has called me and given two options either collect the product from him which is far away by 59kms or cancel it. I said will compla lin to customer service. Later complainted to customer service. They said sorry for inconvenience product will be delivered by Monday. 12:20Pm got notification saying product was cancelled and undeliverable. Now if it is not deliverable why the order has been accepted?. I asked refund they said it will take 3-5 business days . Why should I wait 7 + 5 (12) days for my money. Who pays for wasting my time ?. Amazon should be punished for this.
