I ordered rs.1199, 4 linen full sleeve shirts by mistake my order ID was #VG9943651 and AWB No. : SRTC9001109287 which i want to cancel but there is no option showing for the cancellation of this product even whan delievery boy sends otp for cancellation of product they are not sending otp on the registered number and delievery boys from shiprocket also misbehaves and do arguments that we customers are not giving them otp’s i hade made request to shiprocket too two times for cancellation of my order from my registered whatsapp number but then also this item does not get cancelled and in every 10 days they keep calling for the delievery of this order. fraud company and fraud products take action against these companies.
