My all plans was over on my airtel number, I have recharge my airtel number by 98Rs but I got message that I got 12gb data but without validity after that I recharge again with 48Rs and then I got 3gb data with 28 days validity, now I called customer care and they said we can’t do anything and cannot refund or anything. It means I have lost my money and airtel has stolen it from my pocket, definitely I will not recommend airtel to anyone and now I am going to port it in JiO. Pathetic service, zero customer support, zero behavior, airtel zero network service.
