Inside the washing machine drum the rotating plate has been broken. Regarding the issue i have locked the call in the customer care on 9 th of February but till date nobody has come to visit my product. I was keep on calling to the customer care daily for more than 3-4 times they are telling they will send service man today . But till now nobody has not called me and they also didn’t come for the service. This is the very worst experience for me. I got really fed up with the Samsung service. My call lock complaint no is 4364801009. Please resolve my problem quickly.
