V blue in had provided a man who repaired our washing machine which did not worked even a day . Infact he did a huge mistake through which a major accident could have happened ,On numerous calls , numerous requests they never responded to a single call and attended it . Numerous calls to the mechanic named as Ravi was also called but he never picked and responded ,our request was to attend atleast not even to refund ,but from a gentle man point of view , they never responded and took care of it .. We request the forum to take strictest action because their repair activities might lead to an accident or any mishap , nobody knows what may happen to anybody if these people repair any electronic item ,
Request your intervention please ,we do not want anather harassment please
