My washing machine motor sound problem 3 months ( June to September 2022) I complained many times but to no avail marq company i called marq care then they are asking for service charge while machine is under 5 year warranty! I have repeatedly told lies that I have complained that the one who comes to service will not take any charge, but when the service person’s call comes, he asks for service charge! Sir I request you to please try to get my washing machine repaired. I will not pay service charge as my machine is under warranty
