Apko Shopkepper ke upar complaint file karna hoga ki usne apko dent/defected pc delivered kiya ha.
Ap shop kepper ke against nearest consumer court may complaint file kare if he deny to replace your product. aap nearest SP office may bhi iski sekayat kar sakte ha.
Apki Galti kya ha apne bina check kiya apne unit ko apne shopkeeper ko pura payment kar diya. Apko apna product first shopkeper ke showroom mya check karna tha ki usmay physical damage too nahi ha uski pick click karni thi with date watermark and same serial number ka bill generate karwana tha. agar apko delivery time koi dent milta too ap easily charge kar sakte tha. abhi issue ha woo bolega humne without dent pc bheja tha customer ke yaha dent hua ha. Even physical damage outside purchase whirlpool apko koi help nahi Karega legali aur us par koi charge bhi nahi lag paye ga.
