Dear Team,
2 Years ago, I purchased a ‘LLOYD Washing Machine (8.5 KG) from your outlet on Cash with Bill/Invoice No. 21141164 dated 10-12-2021. For about a Year, its working was satisfactory. Now, it has started giving trouble. It makes a loud noise and stops on its own all of a sudden. The machine does not wash the clothes properly. I am sure some manufacturing defect has impaired it’s working.
Since this machine is within the guarantee period, I request you to replace it at the earliest.
I have been your regular customer and purchase articles on your express recommendation and good faith. Hoping for an immediate replacement of the washing machine.
And I’ve registered a Complaint against S.R.A Retails Pvt. Ltd. about the poor performance of the washing machine purchased from their showroom, mentioning clearly the specific problem you are facing and the action you want. Give all the relevant details.
