I ordered a washing machine a few days ago and received it 6 days ago. But no one came to install it. I contacted the amazon customer, they said that it will be installed within 48hours but still no one came. The machine is still kept packed at my house and it takes a lot of space and because of that i have to go through a lot of trouble. They say that if i open it myself , it’s warranty is voided. I contacted the amazon customer care service again and they said they cannot do anything to compensate for my inconvenience.
