Hi,
I ordered a washing machine (online payment done) from flipkart on 3rd march ‘2020 and product was delivered on 5th march’ 2020…And flipkart date has not updated that the product is delivered to the customer… Then i had to call every day to installation team to install my product… Finally installation team checked the product on 10th March ‘2020 and and it was damaged… Then they only placed a request for replacement since then every day am co-ordinating with flipkart but no proper response they only say our back end team is working on it… And till 20th march there are nearly 8 tickets were raised but still nothing happened… Finally after lock down i have received a mail from flipkart by saying to Share my account details so that they will transfer the amount… I replied to the mail and requested for the refund on priority basis… Still they are not responding properly once again they are irritating me a lot and it’s beyond my head i think i already spoke to more than 100 people working with flipkart… And the wrost part they don’t even feel shy that we are troubling me a lot This is too frustrating… Even my family is shouting @ me that why did i have ordered online??
