I have ordered the medicine in which i have unlocked the free full body checkup offer and after the payment was completed i have received the message from Flipkart that I will be provided with the code of the same the message I am attaching below (Dear Customer,

I have talked to the coustomer care about the offer before the delivery was done and they told after delivery you will be provided with the code but it’s 8 of Feb and when today I have called them they are turning down by saying that you have ordered in the address of jharkhand and code is applicable in Delhi ..
As i live in Delhi i will be using this check up for my self this thing of ordering the medicine in Delhi address was not communicated to me and now they are coming up with the excuses .
Kindly get this resolved ar else kindly make them pay for the misinformation and also for the time wastage and mental harassment they did to me .
