I had requested for international roaming pack which wasn’t activated due to Vodafone internal technical issues and had submitted the deactivation request the same day as it was not resolved by them having all the requests in record the Vodafone company is charging the amount without the service provided by them i request that these charges should be waived of as it is there mistake.
