I purchased boat nirvana ion pod from boat online site, right ear pod was sound problem, i lodge a complaint in boat and boat arranged pickup, in pickup mail clearly mentioned that pickup executive check the product will physically check not damaged, if product found damage then the executive will refuse the pickup, my pod was not damaged, the executive picked up the product but it got damaged before it reached the boat, the boat voided the warranty or gave me the damaged product. How do I get a new product or refund and who will give me my refund or product Boat or Bluedart Courier Company
