My One Plus TV (55’) which was bought on amazon in September 2019 stopped working in August 2020. When I booked service ( under warranty) they made me reschedule several times by sending messages that if not rescheduled, order will be cancelled. After warranty period, the technician came and said service will be done by One Plus and gave me toll free number of the company. Now, One Plus claims that the products warranty period has completed and only paid service will be done.
