I have purchased Meizu phone from Amazon on 7/2/2020, as a prime customer, from 16/8/2020, phone is giving trouble with the touch, and contacted amazon customer care, they have given me the customer service and toll free no. S of Meizu, but they were not working, so I tried to contact them by mail to avail my warranty.
After no. Of times they have given me the authorized service center no. Which is in medchal saying as it’s in Hyderabad, but it’s 30-40kms away in outskirts of city.
When I contacted service center person, he told you might have to visit more than once for the repair, is it service providing from Meizu
Then again I contacted Amazon, they were saying, if Meizu provides them service denied letter then they will help me from there side for warranty, but Meizu is not responding on mail.
