I had placed a service request for RO Purifier on www.Vblue.in online on 26/10/2020 through their website and after that they called me and their Service engineer came and replaced all the parts (uf membrane and two filteration parts) and I paid Rs. 3000/- to him.  He assured me that the parts replaced would be under warranty till one year and also provided me with a bill on which it is written that the parts are under one year warranty. Now only after two months the RO Water Purifier has stopped working at all and is in the same situation like it was before service. I called VBlue and the number on the attached Bill but they are misbehaving and saying we cannot do and I should search the person whom I paid the money.  They have given me a bill in the name of Pure Water Solution and the mobile numbers mentioned on the Invoice are 8448903505 and 8448567228. I am stuck with an additional issue with my RO Water purifier and that too when I have paid the money. Have attached the servicing details herewith.

Please take strict actions against this Company who is cheating the innocent people like this. The details of the Vblue are as below ::
