Dear sir/Madam,
I, subhadip kuila,having account ‘ONGC account, CPF-124398, name-Subhadip Kuila,’ ordered a laptop named Lenovo Thinkpad X390 on 6th August. I received the same on 10 th August. After receiving the product registered on Lenovo Service for warranty. But after registration I saw, warranty started already fromĀ 14th Julay 2020 i.e before order/purchase!!!
How can it be possible? Please clarify. I had a conversation with your customer service executive. But they were not able to give any solution.
I am attaching both the files i.e warranty card and invoice of amazone.
