Text of Complaint by DEEPANKAR BRAJWASI:

1- I called flipkart regarding my oder id OD120511574925707000 for claiming Warrenty for which flipkart provided me the contact number of smart buy (brand) contact no.
2- I called the smart buy for claiming Warrenty for which they assured me to wait for 48 hours.
3- Technician visited the location on 10 january 2022 after which he told me about part replacement of the product and that he will be back in few days .
4- Till 24 jan 2022 i didn’t get any intimation and communication after which i again called smart buy where i get to know that my product will be replaced by 28 January .
5- By the 28 jan 2022 again no intimation and communication was received and neither the product was replaced . Than i called smart buy again where they told me that the product will be replaced by 31st January 2022.
6- Meanwhile i asked them that why they didn’t give me any intimation and communication for update in delivering the replaced product than they told me that this the problem at the end of Flipkart that i am not getting any communication neither any update in flipkart application.
7- Than i called flipkart customer executive on 28 jan 2022 and told the whole scenario where the executive told me that there was no problem at the end of Flipkart and there is problem from smart buy .
Flipkart executive registered my complaint and asked me to wait for 48 hours.
8- By 31st jan 2022 as promised by smart buy again product was not replaced and as promised by Flipkart to wait for 48 hours no communication and intimation was received even from Flipkart.
9- Again i called you on 7 feb than again i told the whole scenario where Flipkart executive told me that by 11 feb 2022 i get the resolution .
10- Than i got a call on 8 feb 2022 which i was unable to pick for which after 12 hours i revert back on the mail to contact me but i got the call on 10 feb 2022.
11- On 10 feb 2022 i got the call from Mr. Rites Senior Executive where he again asked the whole complaint whereas the complainant from my side was already registered on 28 jan 2022 . After telling my complaint he told me that my complaint is registered and now again wait for 3 days to get your resolution.
12- He talked me so rudely and even didn’t answer my query properly that when the complainant had lodged complain already on 28 jan than what’s the need to register fresh complaint on 10 feb 2022.
13- Flipkart customer care executive is trying to be fool me by giving me fresh dates and so on and every time new customer care executive asked the whole complaint process.
