My Vehicle is under warranty periodand only covered around 3900km . More than 22 days my scooty(Hero Maestro) laying in Hero showroom even they dis not repaired.Instead of claiming warranty they wanted cash from me more than 6500 rupes.
From the beginning(100 km) scooty is complaint and showroom guys not able to find out the fault or they are not ready to repair my scooty properly.(Naina motors chavara kerala)
The end scooty was breakdown on the road many times at last fully stopped on the road. End of the day loaded to naina motors chavara ,after inspection suggested to replace the fuel pump.They did not provide the warranty and strictly they paid from me cash around 6500 rupes.Even did not register the defect report and replaced parts in the Hero purticular service register.
With in 700 km again the scooty breakdown and struck in road.
On 3oth june the showroom technicians atted the breakdown in home and taken to anchalumoodu thundil showroom.
Few days later scooty shifted to kollam Hero diya motors, then few days later informed me ECU is defective.
Later on informed wiring is defective.
At the end I came to know throttle is defective and I have to pay minimum of 6500 rupees for replacing the parts.
This is not possible to pay the money every year 7000 rupes only for repairing a short km covered scooty.
Iam reported to naina motors from the beginning scooty having a starting trouble to be rectify properly,even though they are not taking care as well and end of the year I pay 6500 rupes for pump and related parts. In addition to that naina motors not reported to hero or official sites about the pump replacement,even they cannot attend the breakdowns while we struk in the road continuesly.
Iam expecting repai the scooty under warranty and iam ready to pay for the regular service and attending the bakedown.
For changing pump or throttle or ECU I can’t pay.
