Purchased an Amazon basics 568litres refrigerator on Jan 19th 2022 and was delivered three days later. After 9 months the product stopped cooling and stays at room temperature. Asked for warranty claim but Amazon is just trying to push it off to outsourced service people who keep cancelling the appointment on purpose. This is absolutely pathetic from Amazon and not expected.
Have a small baby at home and without the fridge for the last couple of months it’s very difficult to store his moms milk and almost all food is being wasted .
Please take action against these people and kindly take all products off the shelf so people like me won’t suffer.
