The product is not working as of now whereas it has a 1 year replacement warranty. Amazon itself not able to provide the details of the brand to claim the warranty. Customer support provided two numbers related to warranty claim 18002660004 & 18001036286, both were not related to the brand of the item which i purchased. These company denied the warranty as the product is not been of their brand.
