Dear sir i bought a microwave in July 2020 my oder id is 406-3711427-2338756 . Now my microwave is not working so I did a complain in November 2020 which has not been fixed till date. On regular complaint, a technician has been sent who was unprofessional and has damaged my microwave’s convection heater. Everyday a new date is being given for repair of microwave but they never sent anyone and it’s being so relevant in nature. Also we didn’t got the required part of the microwave.
I am so fed of this unprofessional behavior of customer service.
I therefore request u take the desired action and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
