Text of Complaint by Harshad Prakash Sonawane:

I purchased Fire Bolt Smartwatch on Amazon site on 24/07/2022.
In 19 days his display was gone.On the same day Dated 13/08/2022, I went to the official service center of Fire Boltt and filed a formal complaint and submit it. Later when I inquired they said your smart watch will not be repaired and you will get a coupon from the company so you can buy another one. It will send the coupon to your mail id. Later I inquired again and found that they have entered my mail id wrongly and that’s why I am not getting mail. Now when I inquire in service center they tell me we have done our job you should talk to customer care. Inquiring with customer care they tell me that your mail id will be updated in 2-3 days to get the coupon. And it doesn’t meet me till today. Even though it’s 2 months today, they tell me that your mail id will be updated and you will get the coupon in 2-3 days.
