I had purchased a crucial by micron ddr4 ram on Flipkart and it was a faulty product so I went to crucial.in to claim my warranty of the product within a week after the delivery of the product. There was a address mentioned on the website of a crucial service centre in Bhopal. So i went to the given address but there was no service centre there, I’m trying to call their customers support for almost a week now but no one is answering my calls. I also e-mailed them but again no response from their end. What use of warranty claims if a customer can’t even contact the company’s customer support.
