I purchased Dizo watch R on 23 October 2022 through Flipkart (order ID: OD226339693984131000). Unfortunately the product is not working now. And product is still in warrenty period. So i visited the service center ‘RM-Niha Marketing (Kasaragod, KL)’ . which is the authorised service center provided in the dizo website located in the kasargod district, kerala state. But they told that dizo was the brand which is shut down days before and they do not take any warranty service of dizo.
I also contacted the customer care numbers which is provided in the dizo website, and all the numbers are not reachable now. So i cant claim the warrenty right now.
I also contacted Flipkart through call and emails. But they just providing the same not responding number and email. And from Flipkart side they told that warrenty service is only responsible for dizo not for Flipkart where i purchase it.
Please provide s solution for this.
