Redmi Note 10S not worked, tried to contact a service center where they mentioned MI service centre, they opened and said to go to another MI service center and if it is under warranty, it could be services free of cost. We approached MI service center and they opened the phone and said to bring the invoice copy to check if it is under warranty, they didnot open any log sheet for the complaint. When we have approached with invoice they said, that the phone has water clog inside and it will not come under warranty and retured the product. Later we have called the customer care and spoke to their customer care representative, he said to open log sheet from MI service centre to check the defect, i have represented that this water clog happened due to heavy rain on that day and which could not be avoided by a school going son who carried phone. we went once again to service center and asked them to open log sheet with the issues, they denied and we have called customer care again and rep stated that it cannot come in warranty and refused to take consider inspite we asking to cover as it is come in natural calamity which could not be avoided and also stated that the phone is water resistenat and it should come under warranty. But they denied to consider our request and asked to take pay service. I wish to bring this to the notice of this forum and seek help to resolve this issue.
