I had purchased a chair from Amazon in Sept 2020 with a 24 month warranty under Order No: 407-5578189-5276320.
In April 21 hydraulic mechanim and metal part broke down. I had been trying to contact the seller via Amazon however not resolution.
Everytime I call for an update and I am provided with a 3 days time-frame. It is simply a vicious circle that I am going through and not sure when this will end.
