Respected madam/sir
Here is detail of warrant claim that I registered a complaint of faulty indoor unit on1st august but the technician Dinesh sharma pin 139 visites on 5th August and registered to demand a part but without any confirmation of time….!!!!
After on 11th August I got msg on 7th August that ac will repair on 11th plz be at home……!!!
But I am only keep waiting for his call but response and when I called to customer care of flip kart (whoes this ac is Marq by flip kart) to talk there senior but responsive repsonse I got…
If I make repaired it from outside then warranty will vanish otherwise just bear this kind of rude, irritating service by flip kart….
I am suffering this problem from more than 15 days….
Please refund my money back as I see another option….
