Text of Complaint by Tapesh:

I have purchased an orient emergency bulb from jiomart on 27 jan 2026 it Stop working after 10 days I connected to customer care they said mail to customer.connect@orientelectric.com
I mailed and told about problem they said due to stock unavibiality I will refund you send your cancelled cheque I sent this. Now after 2 days they are saying contact to the platform where you bought. I connected to jiomart they said connect to the company.
Kindly do the needful.
