I purchased the mivi earbuds.
This buds doesn’t work properly and have many issues.
I sent the buds to the mivi care and they received it on 3 august 2021
Their testing period is of 5-7 days.
But they has not replied yet now.
I sent many mails and did phone calls but they are not responding on this matter.
I purchased the mivi I pods on 13 may 2021 and received on14 may.
The pods doesn’t work properly and have many issues.
I sent many mails and did phone calls but they are not responding on this matter.
I pods are under warranty period.
Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.
