Iam Manohar I ordered Weston WEL3200S model tv in Snapdeal on 22nd December 2017 within 2 to 3 days I received product and in that the brand warranty 1 year was there , on 27th November 2018 tv was not working on that day only I filed complaint in help centre it suggests within 48 hours they contact me but I didn’t got any email reply and any call from Snapdeal, 3days later I filed same complaint again it shows working on your complaint solve within 24 hours, its already more 10 days now no response from Snapdeal. Complaint reference no 52107696 and iam attaching invoice also so pls solve and punish Snapdeal as well as westway electronics. order Id 20678975088
