I had purchased Beats Studio buds on 23.09.22 with invoice date 23.09.22 vide invoice number #FAJH502300052499 with order id – OD226077594172274000.I had received the product on 26.09.22 with 1 year warranty which Flipkart had promised .After receiving I had checked the warranty and found that it is expiring before 1 month from the date of purchase. I went to authorised Apple service center and enquired about the same and came to know that the warranty is expiring before 1 month i.e; 13.10.22 from the date of purchase and they told me that they are not going to service my product after 13.10.22 under warranty. I had raised a complaint in Flipkart and received many calls from customer care regarding the same and the issue is not resolved.I had noticed that the customer service executives were asking me to be in hold and disconnecting my call. This happened many times. They are frauds and doing illegal business.
