As per assured warranty rules of MI if anything happens to tv other than physical damage.. I am eligible for warranty.. My tvs display is not working, I raised the complaint for same many times.. Once there local agent visited & assured , tv will be repaired within two days, but to my surprise next day I received call that I need to pay for same.. I raised the issue again with company.. This time they asked me to send pics through mail, which I did than they said it will done we have checked, but again I received call from local agent asking for money.. Since than I have tried my best to get it done under warranty.. They are asking for money.. I want my tv repaired through warranty which they assured when I bought tv.
