Hi,
I am Freelancer who was looking for a project to work on at that time I got on phone number who was looking for a Freelancer. I approached her for a project and she asked for my Mail -ID and one ID proof and shared my Mail ID and Driving Licence. after that I went through all the agreement that time the in my computer the website was not allowed for 1 day it stating the not security web. After that, I informed to Resume To Fil company and they afforded me one more link. After few days of work. I was affected with the COVID-19 and i informed same to Compay I mail. In the mail they replayed in such a manner that they have no are about the freelancer i requested to pause the time or extend the time frame for that they asked for portal charges and 5 Days extension – 4500/- (Charge). For that, I said I will pay after the project completion but they were not read to the lesion and for every mail, they were taking one day of time where i was expecting some care from the company. Last day fo the project one of lady message me for an extension of time fame and she said the pay i before only and when I said about my conduction is said to write a mail for the company. again i wort a mail to the company same reply from them. Know they are asking me to pay the 5900 of portal charges. if i refused to pay the charges, they said that they will send the court notice and they will damage my CIBIL source.
(For the same, we will be serving you the legal notice to your postal address against which you have to revert legally and we do have your Aadhar card & Pan Card details with us so, we can deteriorate your CIBIL rating as well in course of non-submission of your penalty amount. You can find lots of issues with your banking procedures also then. As soon as you will pay the amount you will get NOC (No objection certificate) from our company.)
