I am Puneet Kumar. I was looking for a part time job. Therefore, I visited your portal “Job Search Net” and created my profile for the same.
On 05/07/2021 I received the call from one namely Mr. Rahul Sharma who approached me after looking my profile on your portal and he offered me part time data entry job. I enquired him for charges or security charges, whereupon, he informed me that there would be no hidden charges or any other charges of any kind like registration charges, Security charges, etc.
Thereafter on 06/07/2021 I received a file from the same person via WhatsApp. He called me and asked me to open the said file on Desktop and to sign it digitally. As per his directions I open the said file, wherein a box was appearing and having my name below to the said box.
I enquired Mr. Rahul Sharma on call, regarding the need of my signature in the said box. He told me that my profile has been short listed by his company for date entry part time work in which I have to create document file of the Resumes shared by him. There would be 600 resumes which I need to done within 15 days. Therefore, he need my signature in the said box for creating my login ID, through which I could excess the portal and could complete my task. As per his directions I signed in the said box and one thing I could not get till date is that I only signed the file where a box was appearing with my name and nothing else was written into it on my desktop using the mouse pad but I did not shared the said signed file back to him and he also never asked me to share the said file back, then how he access my signatures and later on I got to know there might be some software used by him, due to which he copied by signature and misused and illegally executed an agreement with the use of my forged signatures.
On 13/07/21 I received a demand letter on my registered Email Id from your end. Thereafter, at around 3:40 PM I received the same demand from the said Mr. Rahul Sharma and he vide whatsapp audio threatened me to dire consequences if I will not pay his illegal demands and he also threatened me to take legal actions and informed me to appear before the Gujrat High Court for that illegal demand raised by him.
I want to inform you that I never signed any such document and I even did not shared the said file bearing box and my name only as asked by Mr. Rahul Sharma. Thereafter, he might have hacked by desktop with any software and copied my signature from there and fraudulently created an agreement with my forged signatures. I never accepted any agreement neither he told me about the terms and conditions for such part time work offered by him from his end. When I asked him for the dead line and payment and security amount he didn’t not even informed me about all such information.
I further want to inform you that the said Rahul Sharma and cheated me and forged my signatures, created a forged agreement and raised illegal demands and threatened me and asked me to fulfill his illegal demands from my die hard money.
Therefore, vide this email we would like to inform you to take legal action again the fraud committed by Mr. Rahul Sharma he misrepresented me and forged my signature, created a forged agreement, raised illegal demands, threated me to dire consequences and I continuously receiving threatening calls from Net search job. I hereby direct you to resolve the issue and withdraw such illegal demands made by you otherwise I would be constrained to take legal criminal actions against you.
