We have taken 15 tickets in bulk worth Rs. 2500 on 03.01.2023. Unfortunately one of our family members not feeling well, and we wanted to take him to hospital and so within 5 minutes we wanted to cancel the tickets and to refund the amount. But the manager and the staff behave rudely and refuse to refund the amount.
