I just downloaded a loan app as I was facing some financial crisis at that moment i was not aware about such companies. When I was applying the app was showing to give loan for 12 month, so I had given access to them through my mobile phone. I had submitted my Adhar card and Pan Card, but they credited a certain amount without my consent and after 7 days are asking me for repayment or else they have my contact list and they will call them and ask for repayment.
They have not sent me any disbursal letter, loan agreement or any documents. They are continuously calling me and asking for repayment of the amount. Now things got worsen when many small amount of money started getting deposited into my bank account and people have started calling me for repayment which I never asked for. i tried to reach their customer support but not response was shown from them as all the contact number were fake.
