Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been Airtel customer from 2014. I took this connection(+91 9840888864) as part of a corporate connection. But after some years the company from which i took the corporate connection has been closed and i am not sure i can get a NOC certificate. I was trying to transfer the number to myself but without any success. Airtel can check the history and see the usage and who uses it. I am a senior citizen and i have given this number to my pension profile, Banks and other important forums. This number is very important to me and i don’t want to cancel as i don’t have any complaints with respect to coverage or service. But i have reached to customer care to the branches to do the transfer but without any success. I think i am the only telecom customer paying Rs.1 for an outgoing call and paying roaming charges at this current scenario. Please help me in resolving this issue by transferring my number to my name.
