I have registered my business “Yashika Study Center” with justdial on 17 March 2020 for one month only as their representative (Anuj Kumar Sharma) promised me and he told me that there will be no money deduction without your consent and I got first deduction on 4 April 2020 but after one month 15 May 2020 I got another money deduction message through ECS from my bank. I wrote mail to Just Dial to stop ECS but they are saying it is one year contract and deny to close it. I am feeling cheated as I am not getting any business from their side and losing money too. Please help me to stop ECS with Just Dial.I request you to please Cancel ECS Contract and please ensure me that there will be no money deductionsfrom my account in future.
