Sir/Mam I have oredered a NOKIA 3310 mobile which costs Rs1399..@Mycartz.in site..which pops in my facebook page..Now i have received a mobile box which shows a local brand mobile..that too with a crashed MRP using pen..I was totally upset with this fraud company..WORST..They showed a NOKIA (N3310)phone..But i received a brand called ROCKTEL (R 3310) Have to return this product..and the site customer care is not answering at all..Very upset with this WORST service..Kindly help me to return this product..Further Details with images are below..
